Islington/Angel maisonette with garden

Hi guys,

I’m moving out of my beautiful maisonette and need to find someone to fill my room.

Due to COVID and the government's guidelines we aren't allowing any visitors into the house, so please take this into consideration.

It truly feels like home and is in the most idyllic location..

THE HOUSE

Our house is a two level maisonette, the ground floor and basement level. The ground level has two large bedrooms. There is a small bathroom on a midlevel which has a shower/bath, basin and toilet. The basement level has a shared reception room which has a dining table, TV and a brand new sofa. The kitchen is also in the basement level which overlooks and has a door through to the garden and a small park that we back onto. The third bedroom is also on the basement level, which is the room we're looking to rent out. The garden has a paved patio and outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and small grass area.

BEDROOM

The bedroom is on the bottom floor of the flat and is a lovely spacious double bedroom overlooking our garden. The room will be unfurnished and is big enough to fit a super king bed. There is also a built in wardrobe with shelves.

LOCATION

It’s in a beautiful quiet area of Islington with lots of green space and lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby.

* 2mins walk from Caledonian & Barnsbury (Overground)
* 10mins walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria line)
* 10mins walk from Caledonian Road (Piccadilly line)
* 15mins walk from Angel (Northern line)
* 15mins walk from Kings Cross (Northern line)
* 15mins cycle to Farringdon / Holborn

ABOUT US

You will be sharing the flat with one female and one male professionals (Pippa and Tim). Tim is from Australia and moved in last summer, and Pippa is from Cotswolds. They’re both pretty relaxed during the week - we enjoy dinners or wine nights with friends and on weekends we either have a lazy movie night or are out socialising / enjoying boozy bike rides (pre-COVID). Now we have weekly house dinners and Netflix nights together.

Both Tim and Pippa are keen hockey players and foodies.

I would love to rent the room to someone who is like minded and easy going. *Clean and tidy is important to everyone.

We’re open to male or female housemates but for any tall guys - some of the ceilings (especially in the bathroom for the shower) and door frames can be low.
