Quiet residential street on Zone 1/Zone 2 border near Highbury & Islington tube/Overground/train, Caledonian Road tube and Angel tube, with many buses on Upper Street and Caledonian Road. Easy access to the City, Shoreditch, King's Cross, West End etc. Plenty of parking space outside. Near lots of pubs, restaurants etc which are finally reopening!!

Your first-floor bedroom is 3.86m x 2.87m with a double bed and floor to ceiling built-in storage on both sides of the room. Space for desk & chair (see pics), which landlord will supply on request.

You would share a large bathroom with Grace. This has an overhead rain shower with great shower pressure, bathtub, double sinks and lots of storage. (Fidel and Dimitri on the top floor share their own shower room.)

The whole flat has double-glazing and is in v good condition as it was redecorated and renovated 2.5 years ago to a very high standard.

The large living room (4.75m x 4.45m) has a comfy sofa and is great for chilling out and socialising in, as well as working from home.

The modern kitchen has all new appliances including a washer dryer and an induction hob.

Bills (council tax, energy, water, broadband) approx. £75 a month. We also have an excellent cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and costs £12.50 each every 2 weeks, ie approx £25 a month. So rent + bills = around £900.

Police-certified secure bike storage is available, behind a locked gate next to the house, at a cost of £10 a month.

We are tidy, quiet, respectful and friendly flatmates, and are looking for the same. And our landlord is friendly and super helpful so any issues get sorted quickly, which is a bonus.
