The room...
The room is a large south facing double room which is bright and homey. The room comes a chest of drawers and a huge wardrobe. There is also a desk in the room and I even had a sofa in there previously.

The flat is a south facing duplex so is constantly flooded with light and has a separate living room and kitchen with a wrap around balcony downstairs. The living room has a huge TV, and a dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen has a separate dining table for 6 people, a washing machine and the all important dishwasher.
