Very cute super handy room available for short let

Hi!

We are looking for a tidy, clean and friendly woman (sorry men – nothing personal!) to take over my room from 3-16 January. It can be available earlier if required!

The flat has two double bedrooms (mine is the only one available) and separate kitchen and living areas. There is a cute patio off the living room that has herbs and flowers to be picked and used at your pleasure.

Location is super handy!
11min walk to King’s Cross (6min if you take a bus that leaves from pretty much outside our door!)
15min walk to Angel Station
11min walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Station
7min bus to Caledonian Station
Great night bus network also if that’s your vibe.

Other pluses to the location…
- Supermarkets: 12min walk to Sainsbury’s, 7 min walk to Tesco Express, 4 min walk to Tesco and a Tesco Express, small Nisa and a small organic grocer just minutes away.
- Very close to the canal – makes for a nice morning and evening stroll with great restaurants and bars. You can walk easily up the Regent’s Canal to Camden and beyond!
- Close to the Angel shopping centre and the Coalyards if you enjoy a bit of light shopping.

You will be living with my other flatmate Melanie – she’s a professional and a really chill flatmate (clean, tidy, lovely, etc). She works from home three days a week, but there is a work space in the bedroom with a two screen/keyboard setup if you also need to work from home.

Our third flatmate is a wee 2 year old Schnoodle called Balou so please only reach out if you like dogs. <3
