Lovely modern 2 bed, 2 ensuite flat with easy convenience into city and West End, in safe & quite area. 6 minutes walk to Highbury and Islington station & buses. City and Westend within walking distance. Flat overlooks a beautiful square, with greenery; convenient to exercise. Good size bedroom with ensuite, desk and lots of storage. Other essentials are internet, sky tv, washer dryer, dishwasher; balcony & extra downstairs loo. Also have separate living room & kitchen.

I have a weekly cleaner who will clean common areas, can do your room on request. I otherwise don't have a lot of comings & going’s, as such, prefer a similar roommate this is in light of Covid19 .I'm not opposed to guests, just being cautious. I enjoy eating out, reading, travelling, culture & beach holidays & exploring London/the UK in the eyes of a tourist. I am a very sociable, easy going, mindful and respectful of other's. Happy to share a glass of wine over a good film/conversation.

I have a 5 month old friendly kitten (toilet trained) so no funky smells. He currently has the downstairs loo dedicated to himself, though I could share it, I often run upstairs to my bedroom.
