I am moving out and my room will be available for a female who is looking for a room for short term from 1st September.

Very bright double bedroom with built in wardrobes and desk available for a single person.

The flat is on 7th floor and has beautiful view towards the city and over Fulham. There is one bathroom and one shower room in the flat, a well equipped kitchen with TV and sofa. We don't have separate living room.

All bills are included in the rent, including Council Tax, central heating, water, electricity, wifi broadband and some calls to international numbers. There are no extra agency fees. The deposit is one month rent.
Short term lets on monthly basis for maximum two months.
The landlord will do reference checks before moving in.

This is a flat share of three but currently there are only two girl are living in the flat.
It is a tidy and quiet flat, no for house parties.
