Cute double room in Barons Court

I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in this 2 double bedroom flat in Barons Court.
The room will be free from 24th Aug 2024 on a 12 month contract - bills are not included in the price of the rent. Council tax band C.

The room has a double bed with under storage, a large deep wardrobe and two cupboards for further storage *please note the picture in the ad was taken before the double bed was bought.
There is one bathroom with shower that is shared with me.

There is a big kitchen and living room with double sofa, TV and a big table with chairs. The kitchen has plenty of storage and comes with all amenities - pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, kettle and toaster...

About me - I am 26 and work in the pharmaceutical sector. I have been living in this flat for two year and looking for another flatmate to join this beautiful flat as my current flatmate is leaving. I work from home usually, alternating with some office days ever week.
I am very chilled and out going, I do enjoy a nice glass of wine and a meal around the area but I also like my privacy and quiet nights in. I am looking for a flatmate who is on the same page, and is happy to do both! I am quite active and go to the local gym around here, and I also enjoy nice walks on sunny days - the river is walking distance and there are a few parks around as well.

The flat is located within 10-13 min walk from Barons Court and West Kensington tube stations with local buses just stopping around the corner. There are various supermarkets and local shops around, as well as many pubs and nice restaurants. Hammersmith station is around 20min walk. The area is super nice and live, very safe and not too boring! not as busy as central but around 20-30min on the tube if you want to get into the busy buzz!
