Spacious Double Room in Barons Court

A great spacious double room with great natural light, including desk, bed and loads of storage space. The toilet is only shared with 1 clean male housemate. We have a garden and table and chair to sit out there which is what I do all summer. 8 mins walk to Barons court station, 12mins to Hammersmith Station.
The housemates are all in their 30s: Jimmy (in art auctioning), Hugo (musician), Katie (works in NGO) & Astrid (in clothing). We are looking for someone that is friendly and kind, okay to social sometimes but we are not a party house as we all have full-time jobs.
You will need to be earning 2.5 times the annual rent (£24k+ per year) to pass the reference check. Contract for 12 months to April 2027. Bills are £85-£90 per month.
The house, the people, the price and the location is great. That’s why I’ve been living in this house for 5 years, and only moving out because I am leaving the country.
