Hi,

We have a lovely refurbished double bedroom on offer in a large house in Baron's Court/ Hammersmith. It is ready to move in right away and viewings are possible after 8.30 on weekdays and flexible on weekends.

About the Room

Spacious double room which is fully furnished with 
•Wardrobe 
•Desk and chair  
•Chest of drawers 
•Double bed 

The room has plenty of storage space and excellent views over the front garden.

Rent & Bills:

The rent is £735 per month for each room, and the deposit is one month's rent. 

Bills are included in the rent. (Gas+Electricity, Council Tax, Internet + Broadband)

Cleaner will be arranged twice a month and will be £15 per person for the month.

About the House: 

The house is large, with 2 bathrooms - 1 has a shower & toilet, and the other one just a toilet. 

It's a large open plan kitchen with a living room on the ground floor. We have our own private garden (backyard and front yard), and lots of additional storage space in the attic. This is an excellent house to study from home as the neighbourhood is very quiet. The living room has excellent views of the garden too.

This is not a party house, but the house is sociable, with plenty of chances to cook together and hang out - especially in the evenings after work.

Location:

The house is 10mins walk away from Barons Court tube station, Zone 2, in a safe area in West London. Sainsburys, Waitrose and Tesco are a 5mins walk away. The river is 10mins max away if you like to go running or cycling. There is a swimming pool and a Virgin Active gym very close to the house as well. Hammersmith tube station is 15mins walk away.

Sociable House:

I have been living at this house for 5 years now and as a house, we have always enjoyed spending time together in the evenings and sometimes on weekends. We have regularly enjoyed cooking together, going to restaurants/cinema together and on occasions playing board games (not to mention all the hours spent at the local café and on celebrating birthdays each year). We have also respected our own space and boundaries too, as we have all had our own social lives. I am hoping to maintain this social environment.

Cleaning & Lights Out:

We like to keep the house in a clean and tidy state after use. There will be a cleaner coming in twice a month to maintain the communal spaces.

We generally have lights out at 11pm midweek as we all have had regular 9 to 5 kinda jobs.
