Very close to shops (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, ASDA and Lidl’s at less then 10 mins walking), gym, restaurants and many pubs.
The area is super nice and quiet, just 5 minute walking to clapham junction station.
Excellent transport ( day and night busses ) to all over London, plus don’t forget Clapham junction station ( 19, N19, N31, 49, 170, 139, 44)
The rent is 450£ pm that includes all the bills (extra only for cleaner twice a month £10)
We looking for tidy, clean and if not asking too much friendly guy to join our “team”.
