The flat is furnished & recently redecorated/painted. It's set pretty well back from the main road and has gated access so it's quiet and secure. The room is spacious with full wardrobes and a brand new mattress. There is a shared living room / dining room / kitchen in the front of the flat and the two bedrooms are at the back.

There's a couple bus stops out front and it's just under a 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction station, so it's easy to get around!

If you drive there's a parking space included in rent and most household utilities are provided. Rent also includes broadband and a shared smart TV with Sky channels.
