We’ve got a room free in our lovely flat in Battersea and are excited to find the right person to join.

Below are some of the details about the room/flat.
The Room
The room has a double bed and is fully furnished. It looks out onto a garden area and gets plenty of sunlight.

The Flat
The flat is fully furnished. It is very spacious and airy with a large living room with a balcony looking out onto a communal garden area at the rear. We’re off the main road so its also quiet.

We’re also in a great location in Battersea, being about 10/12 mins walk from Clapham Junction and close to Clapham Common Tube. In normal times, there are loads of great cafes, restaurants, shops and quirky venues in the area. Northcote Road, Clapham Old Town and the Common are also within easy walking distance.

Who you’d be living with
You be living with me, a town planner in my mid thirties. I’ve lived in this flat for nearly four years and loved it.

My other flatmate has been here a similar time is a primary school teacher.

Who we’re looking for
Someone who is considerate and tidy- that’s key. We have busy independent lives (especially when things open up!) but we want someone who is invested in our flat, enjoys living here and doesn’t treat it as just a place to crash, or a short term stop gap. Occasionally we eat together or socialise together too.
