Large bright double room in Clapham/Battersea

My housemate Lottie is sadly moving out of our gorgeous 2 bedroom flat in Battersea/Clapham, and is available to move out from now.

So, a little about me....my name is Graeme and I’m a Scot who’s job it is to share the word of whisky around the world. During the week I play a lot of football and other sports, or I’m eating and drinking my way around London with my friends. Very laid back in the house, I like to cook and chill watching tv or reading a book. It’s a very charming flat to relax in!

The flat is a homely ground floor 2 bed with great outside space. It has been refurbished, with wooden floors and tiles throughout so is in great condition.

Entrance to the flat is via it's own front door leading straight into a generously sized living room.

The kitchen has a built in fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The oven and hob is set within an old fireplace which gives the kitchen its charm. There is also a 4 seater kitchen table which can collapse down to 2 seats to give more room.

The bathroom is just through the kitchen with a large walk in rainfall shower - you won't want to get out!.

The available bedroom is at the back of the house with access to the garden. It is a very light and airy room with a double bed and wardrobe.

The garden is a great size and is south facing so the get the sun all day!

The location is great; 5 minutes from Battersea Park, 10 minutes from Clapham Common. This make public transport so easy and reliable. You have a bus stop a couple of minutes away that has buses going straight to Vauxhall, Marble Arch, Clapham and Wimbledon.

For trains and tubes; Clapham Junction and Clapham Common is just 10 minutes away, Sloane Square is 15 minutes and then Queenstown Road and Battersea Park overground stations are 10 minutes away. Could you have any more options?!

There is a small Sainburys and Tesco less than 10 minutes walk from the flat. For the big superstores, Asda is down towards Clapham Junction, Sainsburys on Clapham high street and even bigger one on Wandsworth road. Take your pick!
