This is a great house located between Clapham Common and Battersea Park. You would be sharing with two girls - one English and one Aussie - aged in their mid twenties (23-26). All are lovely and sociable, but equally are respectful of everyone's personal space.

The room itself is brilliant and comes equipped with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a private storage cupboard. We have a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the second floor, as well as a separate toilet on the first floor. The living set up is very generous for London, with a separate living room, separate dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and has a washing machine and dishwasher. We also have a utility room with a dryer/ extra storage space and a small house garden.

In the local area you have all you need with regards cafés/ supermarkets/ bars/ pubs. Sainsburys and Tesco are just round the corner, with a big Lidl and Asda ten minutes down the road. We also have the beautiful Battersea Park and Clapham Common nearby.

Clapham Junction is fifteen minutes walk away or a short bus ride, as is Clapham Common Tube station. The 77/87 buses are also really convenient for travelling to Vauxhall and getting the Victoria Line. There is also Queenstown Road station nearby.

The rent is £675 and bills are £60 and include everything else, including council tax.
