The flat is a triplex located near Clapham Junction station, and 10 minutes walking from Battersea Park. It is really well located with Clapham Junction nearby and loads of buses to central london and Vauxhall

On the ground floor, you have a beautiful garden, where you can enjoy your dinners in summer or read a book. If you are a nature lover you could plant your flowers and plants or just enjoy seeing the squirrels running through our tree.

There is a big living room with a huge front window facing the garden and a fold out couch for guests. The living room is next to the kitchen where we love to cook different recipes from different cultures.

The room is located on the first floor, it is really quiet. I have been living here for almost two years and I have been so happy.

The flat has one bathroom and one toilet and extra storage cabinets for luggage, coats, shoes and a kitchen storage room.

The flatmates are from Australia and Brasil. The language spoken is English and they are three professional women whom I love to have wine with and talk when I come home from work.

About the area... It is just perfect. You have an organic market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as Sainsbury, Lidl, Aldi, Boots, and Tesco. There are good restaurants around and really good places for brunch.

If you like to work out, besides the Park you have many gyms and yoga places.

I will miss this place too much, I just hope you could enjoy as much as I have done.
