The house is in a great location; 7 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station (overground connections and national rail directly to London Victoria and Waterloo) and Clapham Junction high street with lots of shops and bars. 8 minutes walk from Battersea high street and 12 minutes walk from Battersea Park.

It is perfect for a young professional with plenty of space if you are currently working from home. The double room comes furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and bed side table. The house has a large living room/dining room, separate kitchen and shared bathroom and plenty of storage space throughout the house. It also has the added addition of a driveway with plenty of room for several cars and a courtyard garden to the rear.

Shared areas come fully furnished. The living room has comfy leather sofas and a dining table and chairs. Kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, and washing machine/dryer.

The two current tenants are really friendly, tidy, and welcoming. Both are young professionals and work in the arts and heritage sector. Both enjoy socialising together of an evening but also enjoy their own space and have their own groups of friends.

Bills are not included with the property. The current housemates share responsibility for the bills which works out about £100-£110 per month (council tax, water, gas/electric, internet).
