🏠 Flat is a recently renovated period conversion on the ground floor with two bedrooms, large kitchen, living room (with big TV) and a small private garden.

🛌 Bedroom 1: Large double and currently furnished with a queen bed, fitted wardrobe, shelves and desk. Has fitted a couple but would be looking for an extra £50 a week.
💷 Single (£350) or couple (£400) a week.

👨‍❤️‍👨 Bedroom 2: [Taken] Will be sharing with a couple in their mid to late thirties. One Brit and one Aussie. Sociable but will also be travelling throughout the period.
