Spacious double bedroom available in a two-storey maisonette 2 min from Battersea Park and the river!

The house has a very spacious lounge/diner with a separate kitchen (renovated two years ago). There's an upstairs bathroom (with shower and bath) and a second loo downstairs. The house has a big private garden (any gardening enthusiasts welcome!)

We're a 15 min walk to King's Road, Chelsea and 10 min bus to Clapham Junction. There are buses direct to Central London and Victoria is a 15 min bus ride away. South Kensington & Sloane Square station are both a lovely 25 min walk away (or 10 min bus ride)

This double bedroom is the biggest in the house with lots of space and natural light.

It is available from early April 2026. Furnished and bills are around £100 a month. This includes g/w/e, council tax, internet.

You will be sharing the house with Katriona and myself, we call this a home and would love to have someone who is tidy, clean and conscientious :)

Please note we have a weekly cleaning rota and this needs to be respected.

We only accept working professionals (no wfh or students, sorry)

We are looking for someone independent who is also happy to enjoy wine/dinner/bar and movie nights sometimes :)

Maddy: from Switzerland I studied as an actress & currently work part-time in Recruitement. Love cats (we sometimes look after my mum's cats so please only apply if not allergic) enjoys pilates, wine, coffee, food, baking, walks, nature, skiing beach etc :)

Kat: from Netherlands, has been living in London for six years and has a passion for music, enjoys dancing, chai, walks, wine, nights out and discovering the city!
