Bright and friendly flat near battersea park

After living here for 2 years our lovely flatmates are moving out to be closer to work. We Will be joined in August by Jess who is 25 from England.

Perfectly located
-5 min walk to Battersea park
-10 min walk to Queenstown road and Battersea park stations
-15min walk to Battersea power station
-Tesco, café and pharmacy next to the building
-20min walk to Clapham Junction/Clapham Common
-20min bus to Chelsea

I'm (Jess) 27 from England and Enya is 22, from Hong Kong. We both work 9-5 office jobs and are looking for people who are on the same schedule. Always down for a chat, drink down the pub or a night out and can often be found going to drag shows together. Also perfectly happy with a night in watching Netflix. Looking for sociable housemates.
-The bedroom available is the one at the top of the stairs
-Good sized living room but prefer to keep it as a place to relax rather than WFH.
-Two bathrooms
-Washing machine and tumble dryer
-All rooms have good storage but the smaller room has an extra double wardrobe on the landing.
-The block does have access to a shared garden but Battersea park is so close we all just go there instead.

-Must be LGBTQ+ friendly
-£500 rent plus £50 bills
-Must be in full-time employment
