The room
There’s a bright, spacious double room available in our apartment, based 5 minutes walk from Battersea Park and 10 minutes from clapham junction station. There’s French doors from the room onto the wrap around balcony.
The room has an en suite and walk-in wardrobe area. It’s part furnished and comes with a chest of drawers and bed frame.

The apartment
A large 2 bed apartment with a wrap around balcony that’s south facing so will be amazing in the summer. Large, modern open kitchen living area. With a bus stop right outside the front door it’s really easy to get anywhere (10 mins to Clapham Junction Station, 10 minutes to Battersea Park Station tube and 15 mins to Victoria).
Also in the area there’s 3 great pubs that have a great atmosphere and do good food within 5 minutes walk

A bit about the current housemate
We leave behind our lovely flat mate, Cameron who has the other room and main bathroom.
The perfect person will friendly, outgoing personalities and up for a laugh or a beer at the pub 😊.
