Double Room In Victorian Semi-detached House

Large sized double room available in a Victorian house in Battersea.

Sharing the house with 3 others, we are clean and tidy and all work in very different sectors. The house is friendly although we do not live in each others pockets.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, bathroom, living room, kitchen and a garden (that's currently flourishing with London's wildlife) with a BBQ.

The room and house are furnished along with wireless broadband. All bills are additional. We also have an exceptional cleaner that visits us once every 2 weeks to give the house an additional clean.

We also have a cat that has a fabulous personality and ensures that we never have any problems with unwanted rodents! A definite plus in London.

There is also house bank account that we all pay into each month where all bills are deducted from via Direct Debit.

We will be keeping interviews to a minimum, so please respond with a little about yourself when replying to the advert. The room is available from the 27th of April and we would like to make a prompt decision, please bear this in mind when responding.
