I'm looking for a new flatmate to replace one exiting in January, as she’s sadly moving out due to health issues.

About me - I’m 30, easy-going, sociable and tidy and work as a Business Manager. Ideally looking for people who are looking for a new place to call home rather than 'a place to live'. Looking for those keen to become a group of friends rather than just flatmates, and balance private time/personal space with the odd evening doing things together, whether it's a chilled night watching Netflix or heading out for the evening. Outside of work I'm a regular at the gym, enjoy films, walks, exploring & eating out. Our other flatmate is Heather, 26, also easy-going and works in Marketing at a law firm.

Room available from 14th January (move in/out planned for weekend) - minimum term 9 months, deposit required as part of the tenancy.
