Renting a double room with large en-suite with shower, bath and large double wardrobe space in Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms. The room takes up 1/3 of the flat and rent is divided due to the room size. The flat has a washer/dryer and storage space alongside living room and kitchen shared with one other person. You would also have access to the facilities of Embassy Gardens which includes an indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, infamous skypool, multiple gyms and fitness classes, sauna and steam room, cinema room, meeting rooms, study areas and private function room all free of charge.

The apartment is located between Battersea Power Station and Vauxhall with access to the Victoria and Northern lines with a 5-10 minute walk. There are lots of places to eat and drink in the area and a Waitrose and Sainsburys on the doorstep. The area is very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. I have lived in the property for one year and met my current flatmate on spare room but she is sadly moving abroad. My ideal flatmate is someone clean, tidy and relaxed. I am looking for someone friendly and easy to get along with but respectful of each others space.
