I have been a tenant of this property for the last year as a master's student doing neuroscience at King's College and am moving out due to the end of my course. I have been living with 3 girls (one Imperial master's student, and two young professionals who recently graduated from Exeter and Durham) both me and the other master's student are moving out, so you will be moving in with two of the existing tenants. We are friendly, clean, respectful and have had no issues with the flat since moving in.

There are 2 rooms available which have been perfect over the year- one room is £750/pcm and the other is £730, the first one is the most spacious one in the flat which is fully furnished with lots of floor space and access to a balcony. It is located in a block of flats with a key operated main door so you feel safe and secure at all times. There is a good kitchen, one toilet, one bathroom and a spacious living area which has been great for hosting social events over the year.

This price for the location is excellent and hard to come by- the flat is a 5 minute walk from Battersea Power station (and the tube), there is a Lidl in Stockwell 15 minutes away, or a Sainsburies in nine elms which is a 10 minute walk. There is also a good bus service which runs regularly and drops you right outside the flat so you are well connected at all times.
