Our housemate is sadly moving out and we need someone to fill her place.

Move in date: ASAP
Rent: £800 pm
Bills: ~£100- £115pm

The room available is a large double, with room for a desk, plenty of storage space and wooden floor.
The flat is two story, and has a good sized living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bath, garden room to store bikes, and a lovely walled garden that we use for bbqs in the summer and growing flowers and veggies.

There are two housemates living here currently:
- Phoebe, 28, product designer who enjoys climbing, acroyoga, and attempting to grow things
- Jake, 28, sustainability journalist who enjoys playing guitar, running, traveling and going to gigs.

We are both fairly busy people but like to hang out in the evenings and have a drink at the weekend occasionally, especially in the summer 🌞 we've both been here a couple of years now and like to keep the flat looking nice and clean and tidy, so hoping to find someone who will do the same :)

The flat is in Battersea, 5 mins walk from the park and 10 mins walk from Battersea bridge. The area has quite a nice community feel to it and there's lots of cafes and pubs around, plus two supermarkets nearby.
