Hello,

My name is Zoe, and I’ve recently completed my graduate studies at an art school. I’m urgently looking for a friend who can cover for a roommate who’s returning to their home country, for a period of six months.

We’re open to anyone, not necessarily someone who’s working, with monthly payments being an option.

Ideally, we’re looking for a female, but males are welcome too if you’re part of the LGBT community 🌈

Room Details: It’s a 2B1B apartment, and you’ll have one of the bedrooms on the 18th floor, facing the sun with amazing sunlight! The view is expansive, offering sights of the Shard, Battersea Park, and the beautiful Thames River. Rainy days here mean double rainbows from the 18th floor, and the kitchen is independent.

£1500 for deposit

Cost: £250/week, ready to move in, excluding bills.

Availability: From July 17 to September 8th, 2024.

It’s a 5-minute walk from the RCA Battersea campus, with a variety of bus stops just a minute away downstairs, making it extremely convenient. A direct half-hour trip to Soho, and a 10-minute walk to Battersea Park and the Battersea Power Station. The council tax is in Band C, which is the third cheapest in the UK, costing £130 per month for two people.

We’re looking for someone who can keep the space clean and communicates ahead of time if they’re having people over 🙋‍♀️. Household chores can be shared among us. Both students and working professionals are welcome.
