About me: I am originally from Spain but have lived abroad for the past 10 years. I work in marketing for a multinational company. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, meeting friends, shopping, and going to the movies or theater. I also love traveling!

About you: Professional based in London with a full time job. You like to keep the house nice and make it a home.
Looking for someone that will want to socialize rather than stay locked in their room. Respects privacy and each other’s space.

About the room: Spacious room with fitted closet, carpet and ceiling to floor windows. The room overlooks the river and has a beautiful view. You can see Big Ben from your window.
The apartment has a shared living room, kitchen and balcony ☀️
The price DOESN’T include bills and the bills are usually £150-£200 per month.

The closest tube station is Battersea Power Station and it’s 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The building has a swimming pool, residents gym and lounge. All free to use!
