Ideal for a couple, rent works out at £783.50 each (all together, £1,567 pcm). Bills probably come to around £80 a month, including council tax, cleaner every 2 weeks, WiFi, heating etc (recently installed smart metre so it’s got cheaper!).

Large double room with ensuite in Battersea up for rent. My boyfriend and I are moving out into our own place, leaving 2 of our best friends. The house has a big garden, a large living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, side table, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The ensuite has a bath/shower.

Clapham junction is about a 15/20 min walk away, queenstown road is 10 min walk, Wandsworth town about 15 mins. We walk down to battersea power station a lot, that’s about 20 mins away. A few nice pubs around in walking distance, and battersea park is 15 min walk away (where we spend most summer weekends).

About the current housemates: Joe is a 29 year old surveyor and Marina is a 36 year old frenchie in marketing. They both love a beer on the weekend with our friends, a movie day on a Sunday, or cooking a house meal. They’re looking for ideally a couple (or 1 baller) to take over the room and integrate into the house nicely. They’re both pretty busy in the week with work/gym/getting early nights, but enjoy a nice walk around battersea park on a Saturday morning and a dance on Saturday night.
