Lovely double room in girls house in Battersea 🌻

Double room available in 4 bed, 2 bathroom homely house in Battersea/Clapham Junction from beginning of June (move in date can be flexible) until August 2025.

You will be taking my room as I’m moving in with my partner and will be sad to leave! You'll be living with three girls, Elwy, Lucy and Olivia. They’re all 27 and work in finance and marketing, going into the office 3-4 days a week. We met each other in various ways (university, home & Spareroom) and have lived in the house for 3 years. We love doing stuff together so are looking for another girl aged 25-30 to join who is sociable and isn't just looking for a room but a friendship too!

The house is located a few minutes away from Battersea Park and 10-15 minute walk from Clapham Junction train station.
The house is split over 3 floors with an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, conservatory and also has a garden!

The room is on the middle floor, and shares a bathroom with one other housemate. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk for WFH, built in cupboards and clothes rail.
Rent is very reasonable at £830 (excluding bills) and the landlords are lovely and sort out any issues we have straight away.
