Spacious double room in Battersea

Double room in Battersea available in a 2 bedroom, top floor flat. I'm looking for a female housemate to move in once my lease renews in August.

Bills come to around £130 a month with a £200 water bill once every 6 months. Both rooms are a similar size. There's a large shared bathroom and an open plan living room/kitchen. We have a beautiful balcony on the top floor which overlook a quiet allotment - it doesn't feel like you're in London when you're out there.

The room in unfurnished with built in wardrobes - I'm happy to consider investing in furniture if it's not something that's going to be a sustainable option for certain applicants to supply their own.

I've been living in Battersea for 3 years with one of my best friends who's moving out to buy her own place. I'd love to have another outgoing female move in.

I work in the office 4-5 days a week so the house is usually free if you work from home - we also have a desk set up in the living room.
