Spacious room in Zone 1!

Hi, we are looking for a 4th tenant to share our beautiful flat with. We have a little gem of an apartment, it's a 4 bedroom maisonette in front of the Battersea Power Station. Right in front of the underground station (northern line), few minutes away from Battersea Park train station and Queenstown Road train station, there are a few bus stops nearby that will bring you to Victoria, Vauxhall, Clapham and many more places! It's very well connected with the public transportation, the Power Station offers dozens of trendy restaurants, bars and shops. We have Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, M&S a few minutes away by foot.

Regarding bills: on average for all bills it will cost between 60 and 130£ each on top of the £725 monthly per person for rent (depending on consumptions levels).

We are looking for someone that is tidy, clean, respectful and quiet. We are all professionals with different work schedules so we don't really have parties indoors and we don't make noise after 11 pm to respect who's already asleep in the flat. Cleaning of the whole house is done once a week taking turns.

We would prefer to share the flat with a professional that has a stable job, as it's a shared tenancy agreement and we would like to avoid having issues regarding rent and bills not paid at all or on time, as it will affect us all.
