Hey everyone!

Our flatmate is sadly moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take their place in our 3-bedroom flat in Battersea/Clapham Junction.

You’ll be sharing with me (Oscar, 28, Aussie) and Henry (26, Aussie). I’ve been here for a year and a half, and Henry moved in at the start of the year - it’s a really friendly, settled home that we both love.

We’ve got a great balance between being social and having our own space. We enjoy movie nights, heading to the local pub, and exploring London, but also respect each other’s downtime.

About us:

We’re both into running, sport, and exploring everything this city has to offer. I work from home 1-2 days a week, while Henry is a teacher and heads to the school every day.

About the flat:

- Spacious double bedroom with two built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and great morning light
- Large bathroom, kitchen/dining area, and a separate living room
- Small patio/courtyard currently getting a bit of a refresh
- Ideally located between Battersea Park and Clapham Common
- 10-min walk to Clapham Junction Station
- 5-min walk to Asda & Lidl
- 10-min walk to Northcote Road with loads of cafés, bakeries, and bars
- Buses just at the top of the road

Rent & details:

- £1,250 per month
- Bills roughly £100 each per month
- Deposit: £826
- Managed by Dexters, but we also have a great, responsive landlord
