Double bedroom available for a six month period from April 11th; the flat is cosy and we enjoy a relaxed, respectful, and friendly home environment. I own the property. The flat is a homely and creative space with lots of bold colours and comfortable furnishings. There is a balcony off of the main bedroom and is good for enjoying a coffee/drink in the summer. I live in the apartment with my dog, Lilah, she's a resuce dog and a new flatmate should like dogs!

About the room:
The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, tallboy chest of drawers, side table, and under bed storage, and Juliet balcony doors. Bills are included. The rental period could be extended. The flat would suit someone who is creative, professional, and someone who is office based/hybrid mixed working, or, who is working in London for a short period of time.
And someone who likes sharing a living space; watching tv and having a wine/meal together.

Clapham Junction is a ten minute away
Battersea park - 20 minute walk
The Kings Road - 25 minute walk
Buses 44 and 170 to Victoria are a few minutes walk from the apartment
