Double Room Battersea ✨✨✨

I’m leaving our flat in Battersea, because I’m moving back home! So we’re looking to find a replacement to join our Battersea home. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, with a balcony that overlooks Battersea Park 🍂🍂🍂🍂and 1 shared toilet.. Our nearest stations are Clapham Junction or Battersea Park, and we’re around a 15-20 minute walk through the park to Battersea Power Station.

The available room is overlooking Battersea Park, it’s a double room with a chest of drawers, bed and a wardrobe. The room looks onto the park, and it’s very close to lots of lovely spots like The Prince Albert Pub and The Pear Tree Cafe 🍐🍐🍐.

We are two professionals (one male (29) and one female (25) who work in Marketing and Education. We’re both semi hybrid workers so it’s a mixture of in the office and from home, but predominantly working in the office.

Ideally we are looking for someone in their twenties who wants to be friends as well as housemates. We love a pub visit & watching telly together and we’re looking for someone to match our dynamic. We’re house proud and like to keep a clean n tidy home, so looking for someone who likes the same.

Bills are not included in the rent and are around £150pp per month (this incl. council tax, gas, elec, water, wi-fi).

Contract start date and ideal move in date is 16th March (but can be discussed with more flexibility), for a rolling month ongoing tenancy. Also FYI the deposit is £1250, but spare room is being very difficult.
