Situated 7 min walk from Clapham Junction station, and right across from a weekend food market, Sainsbury's, Tesco and numerous restaurants and take-aways.

The landlord lives nearby and is very attentive, having owned the property for 20+ years - we recently acquired a new washing machine and microwave.

Bills are approximately £110 each but is already added in price on the ad. We have a cleaner come in once every 2 weeks (included in the bills). Flat comes with high speed internet, TV, spacious balcony & furnished.

Bedroom shares one bathroom with only 1 other housemate (female), as the other has an en suite. Includes wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
