Large double bedroom in Clapham Junction

I'm moving out of my current flat to live with my girlfriend around March, so I'm looking for someone who wants to rent the room until the end of the Tenancy on 31st of August. You can extend past that point as well if you want.

The flat is two stories, with the kitchen, living room and a bathroom on the bottom floor. Upstairs is two bedrooms and another bathroom with a bath and shower.

It's located in a street off Northcote road so location is second to none. It took us about 3 months to find this flat, you're slap bang in the middle of all the best restaurants and pubs Clapham junction has to offer. Every room is large and there's a patio in the living room that leads to a small bottom floor balcony - nice for sitting in when it's sunny. Also a big garden in the courtyard.

My housemate's someone I know from Uni and is a young professional so will be in and out for work. Looking for someone who fits in there, quite a social house so that would be a bonus.
