A lovely and airy double room, with its own mini balcony, and huge amounts of storage options. Bed included.

The flat itself is really light and the downstairs living space is really spacious. The block of flats that we’re in feels super safe and is really quiet. It also has a beautiful private garden.

The closest bus (170) stops just outside the flat which goes to both Victoria (in ~20 mins) and Clapham Junction, and 4 other bus options are a 5 minute walk away. There’s a co op just down the road, and then Battersea Square has a few nice places to eat and drink.

About me: I’m a friendly 34 year old working in healthcare close by. I work 12 hour shifts 3-4 times a week, but around on the other days. I’m clean and like to keep the house tidy, enjoy cooking, being out with friends, and having chilled evenings watching films. Work is really intense, so having a calm, peaceful space to come home to is super important to me.

About you: I’m looking for someone in their 30s who is friendly and sociable, but who’s not looking to be hosting here on a regular basis. Bonus points if you also work in healthcare so you get it, but obviously not a must!

Rent is £900, bills come to around £150-200pp, depending on the time of year.
