Looking for a quiet, tidy, professional who would like to rent our loft room during the week.
We are a married couple in our forties looking for a Mon-Friday (afternoon) lodger in our clean, quiet house in battersea.
Happy to share the kitchen space for cooking.
We have an older spaniel who is very friendly but nervous with new people, we also have the occasional other dog staying, due to this no visiting guests in the house.
We have a lovely small south facing garden that is a sun trap.

The four month max stay limit is open to extending depending on how the 2 month probation goes.
