The flat is on the first floor and the spare room is quiet with excellent natural daylight.

The spare room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress topper, desk and chair for working, and a large double wardrobe.

Currently used as an office/guest room, but will be cleared and prepared for the new tenant

About Me
I’m friendly, welcoming, and enjoy meeting people from all backgrounds. I love travelling and I’m currently trying to improve my Spanish — or even learn Brazilian Portuguese — so if you speak either, that’s a bonus.

I appreciate a clean, peaceful home, though I’m a big music fan and have a record player and sound system (used respectfully). I’m also into tennis and fitness.

I value privacy, but I’m also happy to be sociable — a balance that tends to make for a comfortable, easy‑going flat share. I am flexiworking, so mostly at the flat but am often away 2-3 nights per week at my GFs.

This road is incredibly desirable within the local area, with properties renting for a premium. Quiet, safe neighbourhood and street. Steps from Clapham Common and Lavender Hill.

Easy access (10mins walk) to Clapham Junction and easy access via bus to Chelsea and Clapham Junction stations.
