I’m renting out a bright en-suite room in my 2-bedroom flat with a beautiful view over the river. The room has its own private bathroom, and the flat is modern, clean, and well looked after.

A little about me – I run my own aesthetic business, so I’m usually very busy and focused on work. Because of that, I’m looking for someone chilled and easy-going. Definitely not a party animal. I really value a calm, clean and respectful home environment.

Ideally, I’d love to find more of a friend than just a flatmate – someone who enjoys their own space but is also happy to have a chat, dinner, or catch-up.
My interests include the gym, travelling and wellness, and music festival now and then – but home is very much my calm space.

Minimum income requirement: £35k (agency requirement)
No working from home
