All girls friendly house in Battersea

Cozy furnished double room in sociable and stylish professional home in the heart of Clapham Junction.

Our current flatmate Ruth is leaving to go travelling so we're looking for someone to fill her shoes!

You will be sharing with three lovely girls, we all met through spare room and are very welcoming. We all have our own social lives but enjoy spending time with each other in the evening when cooking & watching TV or popping into the cute pub across the road. We would like to find someone that fits into this dynamic.

We are looking for a housemate who is going to treat the house as a home. Someone who is chilled, respectful, clean, tidy and occasionally up for pint!

The house is spread across 2.5 floors and has a large open plan living area & courtyard, plus both a full bathroom and a separate WC.
We are 8 mins walk from Clapham Junction Station, and 2 mins walk to Asda superstore.
We are also super close to both Battersea Park & Clapham Common.🌳

This room is £675. It's small but cosy; set apart from the other bedrooms (shift worker friendly!). This room is not suitable for someone who requires a work from home space.

We pay approx £130 for bills (council tax band D (cheapest in London!) gas, elec, water, TV, WiFi & fortnightly cleaner). Every housemate takes on min 1 bill each.
We have a lovely landlady who we have a great relationship with.

A bit about us:
Alex (30) British, enjoys travelling, reading and falling off climbing walls
Elise (30) F1 obsessed Aussie, works in TV & attempting to make the most of the close proximity to Europe
Damaris (29) German, can find her at the theatre most nights, enjoys a good walk!

Move in date would be April 1.
