Flatmate needed for Battersea flat (double room)!

Looking for someone to replace my old roommates Anabelle and Angus who have bought a place of their own, lucky them!

The room is a 9ft x 9ft double. It looks over our patio garden, so it's nice and quite. It easily fits a large bed (as shown) and has large built-in wardrobes.

I am looking for - Someone who is equally on the corporate grind and has similar interests. In other words, busy with work during the week and equally active on the weekends with sport and then consuming the burnt calories back in the pub.
