Spacious en suite room - beautiful sunny flat

Moving into this spacious, sunny flat at end of March and looking for a sociable, easy going flat mate.

The room is en suite, with a large amount of storage along one wall and very bright and airy with a floor to ceiling window.

The whole flat is super modern and in excellent condition. It’s located at the top of the building, on the 8th floor and is very spacious at 1000 sq foot. It has high ceilings and large windows which let in lots of light.

The flat is ideally located, adjacent to the Thames and 10 mins walk from Clapham Junction Station and has regular bus routes into central London on its doorstep. It is also 20 mins walk from Battersea park.

I am a 32 year old surgery trainee who is doing research for the next 3 years. I enjoy socialising with those I live with and enjoy cooking communally and visiting local pubs. I like sports and am an avid (and very poor) golfer. I respect others space and due to it’s size, this flat will be a great place for someone who values their privacy.

I am looking for someone easy going, who will keep the place clean and is respectful of my sleep schedule! (being over 30 and all that!).
