Large double room with ensuite available in a 3-bed house in Battersea. The room is on the top (3rd) floor so it feels really private, almost like your own space.

The room is fully furnished with a bed & mattress, desk (ideal for WFH), wardrobe and chest of drawers. Plenty of natural light and a good amount of storage.

The house has a shared kitchen/living area and a garden, plus a washing machine and dishwasher.

You’ll be living with Ben (26) and Niamh (29) – both working professionals, easy-going and great to live with. It’s a relaxed house rather than a party house, but still social.

Location is a big plus:

10 min walk to Clapham Junction

10–15 min walk to Battersea Park

Great transport links + loads of cafes, pubs and shops nearby

Bills are not included and usually come to around £120–£140 per month.

Couples are welcome – the room is big enough for two.

The room is available from 10th May (Rent due date) but can move in a little earlier if needed and is subject to landlord referencing as it’s a tenancy swap.
