This is a modern 2-bedroom flat located in The Lark, Nine Elms. I’m leaving London and looking for a female flatmate (preferably aged 22–32) to sublet my double room from April onwards. You’ll be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, who is friendly, tidy, and easy-going. The flat is bright and well-maintained, with a modern kitchen and comfortable shared living space, and benefits from excellent transport links and local amenities. It is a 5-7 minute walk to Battersea Power Station and a 10 minute walk to Battersea Park. Building amenities include a largw co-working space, meeting rooms, gym and cinema room. We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, and sociable who would enjoy a calm, pleasant home.
