A furnished double room is available in our cozy flat in Battersea. Room is £630/month with all bills included. Move in date is 20th April. We live in a 3-bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, large shared living room and kitchen.

We are both working professionals. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and enjoys a home to come back to after a busy day out in London!

Flat is located just 2min walk from Battersea Park and 4-5min walk from the River Thames & Battersea Bridge. Many bus services stop directly outside of the flat heading both North and South; buses make it very easy to get to train/tube services at Clapham Junction, Battersea Power Station, South Kensington or Sloane Square stations.

We have a new Tesco Express about 1min walk away, Co-op about 4min walk away and a Sainsbury's about 10-15min walk away. Plenty of beautiful pubs in the area as well as Kings Road just across the Thames; the new Battersea Power Station development is a 30min stroll through the park and Battersea high street is only 5min walk away too.

Minimum 6 months contract with no additional fees; we deal directly with the landlord who is very helpful and looks after us and the flat well! No pets, no smokers please!
