I’m looking for someone to replace my current flat mate as she unfortunately has to move out at the end of April. The flat is great, 10/10 location. Queens town road station is a 5 min walk. The Power station and Clapham Common are also about a 10-15min walk.
We have a private garden, shared with the building and a balcony which gets a lot of sunshine and use in the summer.
The flat was completely refurbished last year, just before I moved in. New carpets, walls painted, bathroom redone etc.
