I have been living in this flat for the past 2 years and I’m looking for a new flat mate to share the space with me!

About the flat 🏠
- The room is a double and comes with a king size bed. My room has an en-suite so the person in this room would have the main bathroom (pictured) all to themselves!
- The flat is in a great location, it’s right by the river, a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, 15 mins from Northcote Road, 20 mins from Battersea Park and has great bus links to Victoria.
- It’s a great size with an open plan living/kitchen area, a balcony and also a roof top terrace which is great for the summer.
- Room is available from 20th April but can be flexible for later dates if needed.
- The room is £1,237.50 per month and bills are usually around £200 per person per month.
- Deposit is £1,312.50 and is logged via DPS.
- Referencing will be £30.

About Me🙎🏻‍♀️
- I’m 31, work in HR and I am in the office 3 days a week.
- I enjoy going to the gym, running, Pilates, exploring coffee shops, trips to battersea park, seeing friends and a good pub trip!

New Flat Mate 🙎🏻‍♀️
- I’m looking for a flat mate who is likeminded and similar to me, who will make the flat a home.
- Ideally someone who doesn’t mind a bit of trash tv of an evening (mafs, love island, traitors, bake off etc!) but who also has their own social life and friends.
- Someone who is also in the office 3+ days per week (I work from the living area on the 2 days I WFH)
