Battersea Room For Rent For Couples

Hey guys,
We will be leaving our room on the 4th of August
The room is based on Kerrison Road in Battersea
The room is for couples
The rent is £1,350 a month (inclusive of all bills, a fortnightly cleaner and amenities)
The bond is £1129
We have really like the location some nearby spots are:
-15 minute walk to Battersea Park
-7 minute walk to Clapham Junction (great transport links)
-8 minute walk to Lidl and Asda (we just do online orders pretty cheap)
-15 minute walk to Northcote Road
The room is pretty nice, tucked away on level 3 so you get your own space.
The bathroom is shared with one other couple
The other 5 members of the house are:
Tabatha: From New Zealand works as a Nanny and is a very talented drawer and likes acting.
Megan and Tim: Both from New Zealand, both work office jobs and like sport the gym and going to the pub.
Jack and Tessa: Recently married, Jack is English and Tessa is from NZ, Jack works an office job and Tessa works as a baker. They like trying out new restaurants, the gym and cooking.
We all got on really well, and went on a group trip to Belfast!
