Battersea double room in flat with riverside views

Come live in a spacious 3 bed flat with large open plan kitchen/living area, a (literal) stone’s throw from the river. Ground floor with a terrace looking out onto the river - the best place to spend a summer evening. But if that doesn’t tick your boxes, less than a 2min walk and you are in Battersea Square (Battersea’s best kept secret), offering a Gail’s, a wine bar, and local restaurants.

Clapham Junction Station is a 15 min walk away or a quick Lime Bike, and the 170 bus is less than a minute to the bus stop, and will take you to Victoria/Sloane Square.

The Power Station is a great place to shop and eat, if that’s what you’re in to, about a 30min walk along the river and through Battersea Park, no complaints there. You can also hop on the northern line from there but we find it quicker to go to Victoria or Clapham Junction most of the time.

Your flat mates are great (and definitely didn’t write this) - but in all seriousness, we like to keep things clean and know when to socialise and when to keep ourselves to ourselves. We’ve been living here for almost two years and love it. In the summer we will BBQ, eat and drink on the terrace, sit by the river, go to the bar. We’re pretty chilled guys.

Both of us work in the creative industries and have relatively flexible schedules, sometimes we’re around a lot and sometimes out a lot.

We share bills which come to just under £100 per month for council tax, electricity, gas, water and internet. Then we have a shared system for household items like cleaning supplies etc and we split them evenly.

There’s two bathrooms in the flat so your bathroom is shared with one other flatmate (other room has a bathroom).
